2.
The second stage is the phase of collecting data. This can be either 3D-drawings, measurements, pictures or other data.

3.
The next stage is the stage of producing a resin/plastic handmade prototype.
All details of this fully handmade prototype will be thoroughly checked by the client and MarGe Models.
After corrections and a final approval by the client the model will be sent back to the factory for phase 4.

6.
This is the moment the packaging needs to be designed. This again happens in close cooperation between MarGe Models and their client.

Simultaneously the production drawing needs to be checked for the use of correct colors, this is leading in the application of paint on the models.

7.
After approval of the metal shot the final adaptations in the molds will be made and another die cast shot will be created. This model will be painted in the wanted color/colors so that the client can verify the colors.

8.
Once this final approval has been given, the production will start.

9.
The shipment and delivery are almost the final stage. Shipment can take place by boat or plane.
The models will be delivered to the address the client indicates.

10.
After delivery there is a final meeting between MarGe Models and client, where the process will be evaluated.

The 10 stages of development:

1.
Manufacturer and client meet to get to know each other. MarGe Models uses a close cooperation with their client to
obtain the best result.
Topics that need to be addressed are:
-how many items do you want to produce?
-what kind of model are you looking for?
-what scale and level of reality/quality do you want?
-are there technical drawings, measurements and/or pictures?

4.
After receiving the prototype with the final corrections and approval the molding can begin.
This is a crucial phase in the whole process because once the moulds are made, there is hardly anything that can be
changed afterwards. When the moulds are made they will be used to create a die cast prototype.

5.
This die cast prototype has to be checked by the client as well. Very small changes can be made when the model has
gotten back to the factory.
